EPS runs until May 6, 2026 and sets maximum supplies over the 5-year period of $50 million. There are no quantities or data for the purchase of devices on or guarantees them. In 2007, a national pre-season solicitation plan for Global Incident Purchase Agreements (I-BPA) was developed to meet the requirements of the USDA Office of the Inspector General Audit No. 08601-40-SF to comply with Federal Procurement Regulations (FAR) and identify an acquisition cycle for competing equipment commonly used to handle incidents.
